REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (PHASE II)

 

 

 

This mixed-use redevelopment opportunity is in the center of downtown High Point, the Furniture Capital of the World.   Forward High Point (FHP), a non-profit organization overseeing the development of downtown High Point, is the owner of 101 South Main Street, an 8-Story, plus basement, 135,000 SF concrete building. The building is being offered for sale through a two- phase process that is designed to provide potential developers enough due diligence to easily determine interest and provide FHP information so as to screen potential developers before proceeding to the second phase which is a Request for Proposals. Phase II is a Request for Proposals and is due by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. The Team selected will be given the chance to negotiate a Purchase and Development Agreement with Forward High Point for the property.
