This mixed-use redevelopment opportunity in the center of downtown High Point, the Furniture Capital of the World.   Forward High Point (FHP), a non-profit organization overseeing the development of downtown High Point, is the owner of 101 South Main Street, an 8-Story plus basement, 135,000 SF concrete building.  The building is being offered for sale through a two-phase process that is designed to provide potential developers enough due diligence to easily determine interest and provide FHP information so as to screen potential developers before proceeding to the second phase which is a Request for Proposals.  Phase I is a Request for Qualifications and is due by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2019.  Those selected in Phase I will be invited to participate in the Phase II Request for Proposals which will be due November 7, 2019.
